Add Contrast Therapy

Contrast Therapy, particularly moving between a sauna and a cold plunge, is a powerful and effective way to improve overall physical health and well-being. Alternating between the two extremes helps to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes and also provides a sense of rejuvenation and relaxation, offering numerous physical and mental health benefits.

Chromotherapy

Chromotherapy, also known as Color Therapy, uses color and light to help treat various conditions. Each of the colors has its own wavelength and frequency. The body recognizes these waveforms and responds to them. The history of Chromotherapy dates back centuries to ancient Egypt, Greece, China, and India.

Customize your chromotherapy lighting with 8 colors to choose from and a “rainbow” mode that cycles through the colors.
